About the event
Our Art for Anxiety group is a relaxed space to get creative together, learn new crafts and meet new people.
There’s no expectation to chat but you’ll be greeted by a friendly face. This group is especially tailored to ensure it is not overwhelming but still creative, calm and fun too.
Art for Anxiety takes place every Tuesday between 12.30pm and 2.30pm in our Big Disability Hub in Clydebank so why not pop in and see if it’s for you?
