Robert is a 17-year-old male who has complex needs. Robert is polite, well-mannered and has a good sense of humour and enjoys light-hearted interaction with those around him. Robert benefits from physical exercise and loves walking, swimming and attending the gym and wants to engage more in community-based activities, he loves to complete tasks himself as it gives him a sense of achievement and independence with the appropriate support put in place.
Robert can become overwhelmed in busy, noisy or unpredictable environments, he is highly observant and is responsive to his surroundings which means he can be affected by changes and behaviours of others.


CLIENT REQUIREMENTS
Must be compassionate, reliable, high energy and has experience in supporting young people with complex needs
Provide two to one support with emphasis being on health & wellbeing
Support Robert to participate in Robert’s hobbies & social activities
Good communication interpersonal skills 
Networking with all support organisations connected to Robert’s support plan 
Flexibility will be required to meet clients’ needs where the days & hours will be discussed in depth at the interview stage

CLIENT INFORMATION

Client is a 7year old boy who is verbal and communicates well and expresses his wants and need.

and suffers from Autism and ADHD, client has no sense of danger and must be reminded to stop at light and kerbs whilst holding his hand.

Client likes to talk and is a very outgoing boy, he loves to play with other children but also likes his own company.

Client loves swimming, playing on trampolines and loves that has anything to do and playing with his toy dinosaurs and sharks

 

CLIENT REQUIREMENTS

 

I’m looking for a male/female PA who has got experience working with children is essential, preferably working with children with additional needs. Must be reliable, trustworthy, honest and flexible. Must have their own car.

Client will be supported by the PA to continue partaking in various social activities.

 

A new PVG will be required for this position. Help can be obtained through employer to obtain a PVG

Client is a 16-year-old girl who enjoys getting out and about, she especially loves a good chat, shopping trips & eating out, the client is a very inquisitive person and loves to get to know people and find out what their own interest and hobbies are and warms to friendly and caring people who like a good laugh!

The client is a wheelchair user with a cochlear implant (she can communicate through speech), she has a learning disability and a stoma bag. She has a twin sister who is very involved in her life and enjoy each other’s company when participating in their social activities.

 

 

Client Requirements

We are seeking a kind, reliable, fun and understanding person to join our PA team.

 

Ideally a driver, however not essential

 

Help with personal care, full training will be provided

 

Willing to work alongside another PA who will be providing support for her twin sister

 

A new PVG will be required for this post. Help can be obtained through employers to obtain a PVG.

Client is a 65-year-old female who is warm and friendly, loves to get out and about and engage in social activities in the local area. The client likes to talk about their family and friends and enjoys a good chick flix at the movies They also have an interest in fashion and like watching the tennis or their favourite cartoons on the TV

 

Client does not like going into large busy places where there are a lot of people are about as the client can have the perception that people are standing staring at them and can make them feel very vulnerable and cause their anxiety and stress levels to rise

 

 

CLIENT REQUIRMENTS

 

Female PA to support and assist client Looking for to support engage in social activities in the local community

PA will be kind, reliable, trustworthy, honest, vigilant and patient and can distract stressful situation when it arises.

CLIENT INFORMATION

The Client Is a 90-year-old lady who lives as independently as possible with the necessary support within her own home.

 

The client has mixed dementia and other physical ailments that impact on her ability to independently self-care.

Client is very insightful about her own situation including her wants and needs.

 

The client enjoys socialising with family and friends, music and going out walks with her dog. Client is a very sociable person who enjoys arts and crafts, jigsaws and religious services

 

 

 

CLIENT REQUIRMENTS

 

The potential PA must be female, reliable, Reliable, Caring, Understanding, have good communication skills, be able to build a solid relationship with the employer.

 

Due to public transport tailing off in the evening in the client’s area it would be useful if PA had their own transport but it’s not

 

PA must be able to work within a team and also be flexible to assist with holiday cover

There will be an opportunity for working extra hours, this will all be discussed at covered at the interview stage

 

There are a number of varied tasks required within this role from Personal care, medication, grocery shopping, to walking the dog, basic household duties, cooking and some gardening with the client. This will be discussed and agreed between the potential PA and employer.

 

A new PVG will be required for the post. Help can be obtained through the employer to obtain a PVG
