Making sports accessible to everyone is something that we have been passionate about since the day we were founded. One of our proudest achievements to date is helping to introduce disability karate to West Dunbartonshire.

For the year ahead we are thrilled to be able to sponsor 2 para karate athletes - Derek Darvell and Hunter Stiles - supporting them to attend competitions outside of Scotland.

Both Hunter and Derek attended the British Karate Federation (BKF) International Open Championships last weekend in Sheffield.

Derek took the GOLD MEDAL in his Para-Kata event.

Unfortunately, despite a good performance, Hunter did not medal this time but is ready to take on the next challenge.

What an amazing achievement for both of them to attend this event and they are now looking forward to their next competition - the ParaKarate Cup in Venice in December!
