About the Role
JD is a lively, alert and very energetic wee 9year old boy.
He loves company and running about and playing, he enjoys swimming and climbing and most things involving being active. JD is described by his mum as being ‘a delight’ and when outside he's ‘very fast’, therefore an active person who is child centred and has an understanding of the importance of communication and relationship building is a priority.
JD has a diagnosis of Autism and is non verbal, however can make his needs and wants known, as well as his dislikes. He does not require any personal care from his PA.
This is an exciting opportunity for a PA to engage with a delightful, adventurous child who enjoys being very active.
Training around Autism/ child development can be discussed with the employer.
